Mr. Stamm, are you encouraging people to try and vote illegally? If they move, they shouldn't be voting in the City of Reading.It's pretty sad to have to point that out to a candidate for Mayor.

Board of Elections Meetings
Who are the Board members?
In a "normal" year, the three County Commissioners. In a year in which the County Commissioners are candidates, or when there is a County Home Rule Charter on the ballot, the President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas will appoint replacement members to the Board. Current members include:
* Commissioner Chair Judith L. Schwank
* Commissioner Thomas W. Gajewski, Sr.
* Commissioner Mark C. Scott
* Solicitor Christine Sadler (Non-Voting Legal Counsel)
* Deborah Olivieri (Board of Elections Chief Clerk)
Keith, I suggest you talk to the people at the top of this list. And tell them what you posted on your blog. About moving out of the city and still voting! It is illegal!!!!!!
