I told the public on this blog how two members voted on the pay raise because the newspaper made it look like a unanimous decision.
It wasn't and I will continue to show the public the truth.

Working Conditions or lack of, not 10% increases will retain employees and that goes for all layers of employees. The turnover in RSD is HUGE at all layers. WHY??
Please stop trying to portray that you're providing any leadership [whatsoever] to the Reading School Board.
When you and your lap dog, Will, decide to vote against something that you know will pass [with or without your endorsement] it looks to me like political posturing.
If you're truly against these increases, you should have lobbied your fellow board members a lot harder.
Small-mind, small-town mentality.
