City Hall now wants to tax the rain water coming off of your home. The article was in yesterday's Reading Eagle.
Why oh Why? I know they lie awake at night thinking of how to screw the taxpayer.

NO THEY DO NOT! HOW HORRIFIC! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED! AND YOU WANT TO BE MAYOR?
Show the article where it says that the administration want to tax rainwater coming off your house. You do know how to attach a link don't you Mr. Stamm? Who ended the recycling at the RSD? Was it as costly as cellphones?
