Mr. Stamm,
I have a question concerning the Inclusion plan the Reading School District must follow for this school year. Under the state law the school district MUST provide teacher's aides in the classrooms that these "IEP" kids are included in. I found out that the Reading School District PAYS the fine levied by the state every year instead of employing more aides!!
Do you think this is the correct way to spend RSD money? Who is held accountable when these kids do not succeed in the normal classroom setting? The teachers? I hope not. Thank you for your time.
