Nelson is studying Political Science (capitalized).
"Taking" refers to a single class. "Studying" generally is used to describe one's major.

And which side is Mr. Diaz taking? I thought you'd also like to know that regarding your July 31st post regarding who Mr. Caltigirone and senator Opake will support. Both of them were at the McMahon for Mayor rally in Centre Park last evening. There was a crowd of several hundred coming and going and a large number of Republican supporters as well.
As an alumnus of Kutztown University, I must say that KU has an excellent poli-sci department! I highly recommend the professors in that department! But good luck to Mr. Diaz at Ship! Also, on a more somber note, please send prayers to the family of Kyle Quinn. I made the hike from Main Street up to the campus, with friends, many times during my years at KU, and, thankfully, nothing ever happened. It's scary, however, to think that something could have happened. I hope his killers are brought to justice, quickly.
Stop posting about Nelson. He hates this city and can find nothing good about it. He plans on leaving. Actually he already did. I recall a comment that you posted about Nelson. Saying that he was going to debate OUR Mayor on his TV show. Well Nelson, all I have to say is you did a poor job of it. His Momma called in the show and even disagreed with what he was saying about the city. Enough on Nelson! Maybe Domino's will hire him back when he graduates...if he graduates...
