These records can show who is taking advantage of our taxpayers. It isn't hard to see who might take a city vehicle out of state.
I know it isn't hard to see if someone takes a vehicle on Rt #10.

I've taken city vehicles to Delaware to buy both liquor and electronics. You can't beat the tax savings!!!
