Today, some RSD board members just ask vendors for payola (use of shore houses for free, etc.)
The oldest member of your board reportedly sought re-election to get his grandkids jobs.
I believe your term is patronage.
How many board directors wives have jobs...Or even got nice raises this past year
Isn't that called nepotism? Is that allowed?
