We will be told we should do another Bond Swap because we are losing money. Remember, every time the school district does this it costs us legal fees and added financial costs.

I know of one RSD Director who wasn't aware that bonds had to be repaid (no kidding)...
The entire board should ask one of the Senior High math teachers to do a one-hour presentation on how interest and bonds work.
I am serious. And, also, tell your boy, Willie, to stop making inane comments to the Reading Eagle such as, "I trusted the guy".
