Sewer Plant Plan
Mayor, When are we going to find out about you're plan for the sewer plant?
He will tell us his plans for the sewer plant after he spends the 9 million dollars on the pagoda. You people in Reading need to get your priorities straight. Not one penny toward sewer upgrades until the pagoda is refurbished!
