Former Police Chief Broad is a Former Police Chief for good reason.It seems to me the thugs who were rioting were observing a dress code, they were wearing red.Why don't you as a member of the School Board step up and join with your peers and find out what you can do to keep this from happening again instead of blaming everyone else.Go away, you saidd yourself if you could afford to move from our City you would.
