Sewer Plant
What is the current plan to upgrade the sewage treatment plant in Reading,Pa. ?? What is the plan to finance this project?
Instead of asking questions mere mortals can't answer, why don't you provide some insight on this???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Yes i know how to pay for the smelly plant start charging the reading school district use of water and sewer AND have all the big dogs from the Abuilding live in the city!
