Socialism Eh

Amazing, and just who is the biggest socialist Reading currently has? Send me the list and I will post. The charter was designed to keep establishment elites from controlling the city. If it is ever given a chance to work it just might succeed.

I don't know, who is the biggest socialist that Reading has?? Very nice piece in the Eagle today about our Mayor...This City has a lot of problems and a long way to go but he has us on the right road...What do you care about residency or the charter for, you said in November you would "move to suburbia" if you could afford it, by all means get busy packing....

My vote for the biggest socialists in Reading would have to be the leeches who run the Reading Public Library. Why should my taxes be used to pay for books I will never read? If somebody wants a book, let them go to Borders, B & N, or Amazon and buy one. Please explain to me how "borrowing" a book from a library--in other words, enjoying its use without financially compensating the author--is any different from stealing it, or downloading a song off of the internet. If you must read a free book, try Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand, and maybe when you are done reading it you will understand why libraries are socialist and should be abolished.
