Why won't Chief Heim accept our offer of our digital cameras??? This would allow the city police to cover more of Reading,Pa.
I'm hopeful they accept before I go to see Mr. Boscov on this issue.

It's about control.
I wouldn't want to see the police that co-mingled with RSD.
No, we wouldn't want them co-mingled with RSD. They might see something illegal and have to arrest somebody.
