My question is, who will pay for the legal fees if he appeals the residency rule with the charter.
I'm hopeful Mr. Boscov will pay these fees. I know Mr. Boscov wants to help the people of Reading. Why can't we have a scratch and dent store in Reading.

Al Boscov has done more for Reading than you'll ever accomplish.
Stop trying to tear him down and focus on your next money-making venture. Running for Mayor in 2012 ain't gonna be cheap, and the more people you alienate, the more $$$ you'll have to pony yourself.
