Regarding article in B-1 of the Reading Eagle today. Would this of happened if Reading High School had a school resource officer.
Mayor McMahon took the policemen from our schools. It never was brought before the school board for discussion. This should have been discussed and voted on.

Mr. Stamm, please help me connect the dots. I can't quite seem to understand how having a police officer at Reading HS could have prevented a stabbing at a private residence. You seem to have made the connection. What convoluted logic got you from this "point a to point b" conclusion?
This is an answer to the question @5:20am. Many times that school resource officer would receive tips about a dangerous situation.Then they were able to alert the proper authorities.
