The Reading School District was never told about Section 8 housing for this project. I know I would have never voted to excuse taxes if they were going to place Section 8 with wealth.
People of wealth just don't want to live near poor people ( I'm not saying that this is right or wrong)

I LIVE ON A BLOCK THAT CONSISTS OF FACTORY WORKERS, TEACHERS, DOCTORS, LAWYERS, A CHEMIST, CITY WORKERS, HOMEMAKERS, DRUG ADDICTS, SECTION 8, DRUG SEALERS ETC. SEE MY POINT. Wow Mr. Stamm what an elitist way of thinking. Maybe you should try finding a utopia. I love the diversity of the city and would not change is for anything.
There's no difference between the two if neither is contributing to property taxes.
