City Managers New Assignment (Article in B-3 Eagle)
Mr. Churchill I wish you well in your new job. Remember, voters the tough decisions will be coming soon. This is a good time to resign.This position is designed to employ someone from another part of the country. Then they don't have to feel obligated to the citizens of Reading ,Pa.
