Come on Keith, there's a lot more going on in the RSD than to worry about saving a few dollars on cell phones.
you keep posting about "corruption" all the time, so I have to believe there's something going on downtown, root-it out, expose it! 150 million budget plus 100 million bond, don't sweat the small stuff...
