Deutche Bank Swap

http://classes.bus.oregonstate.edu/ba444/Handouts/BloombergSwapLoss.txt Please research Martin Braun from Bloomberg News/ Finance managers can learn alot from his articles.

The Goggle Works

I was given one months worth of bills. I was told if I need more information I would have to contact Albert Boscov and Marlin Miller.

I told Mr. Roedel that it was better to educate me on the Goggle Works and that way I could become one of their advocates. I have some information but not as much as I would like.

This is typical of what happens when you try to get information. I will not rest and Im not just going to go away.

Corruption In Reading

www.berkshistory.org/articles/minker.html This is worth reading. Ask yourself what is different today and what has changed. How do people make their money today with corruption?

Power Is Still With The People

Remember, Everytime when one of the issues went before the judge they had to present signatures of city residents.

Yes, There are many beautiful places in the city CastleWood,Hessian Camp,Hampden Heights, and Wyomissing Park which is near the museum.

Another Victory for the People?

Court ruled Adam Mukerji has to live in Reading. This is the third time the people have won. The Home Inspection Issue, and the Trash issue. Mr. Boscov hopefully realizes the power is with the people.

Very Interesting Site

http://VoteHelp.ORG will help you figure out who you want to vote for President.

Simple Wisdom

" Families instill tradition and culture to provide us roots, yet nurture growth and progress to furnish us with wings."

The Truth on Cameras

The city was told about this from me during a joint city council and school board meeting. Mr. Churchhill thought it was a good idea. Mr. Ray Albert told me last week that he met with Chief Heim and offered our cameras to connect with police laptops. Why wouldn't the mayor and city council not want to have this tool to help fight crime.

Truth on The Cheerleaders

Hopefully we get a report next week from our athletic director. I understand that he met with the varsity cheerleaders last week.

The No Spin Zone

Why didn't the city embrace our offer of using our cameras to connect to the police laptop computers? Would it make it to easy to catch graffiti artists. Hopefully the city embraces this idea and then we can catch the people speeding on 10th street.

To the people who are confused

Sometimes people like to call me Right Wing,I guess because I go to Church. Then sometimes people get mad and call me Left-Wing because I post articles about certain liberals.

I will set the record straight ( Many times I am right in the middle) Please have a great weekend.

Im Going To Stay in the City

I want to stay so that I can give the other opinion or ask a simple question? I have just one question!

Six Robberies, Safety

It's a sad day when drivers can't deliver merchandise to city stores. Remember, Mayor McMahon tells us crime has been reduced. Let's cheer, lets cheer, and lets cheer crime is down!

The Mayor tells us that so it must true.

What I Would Do

Instead of bragging about crime statistics I would make some changes. Remember, Obama tells us we need to change. Hillary tells us we need to change. Well then let's change our liberal policy of letting people get off easy on Drug convictions.

Let's be like Rudy and make it miserable for the less desirables to live in this city

My Advice is (Read it Below)

Contact the Troop commander of the State Police and have them do a random search with drug dogs. They can start by going through the Reading High School. Then do a foot patrol for three blocks around the high school. Why do people try and cover this up? You really don't need a Masters degree to figure this out! The no spin zone for school directors. LOL Breathe deep

I Will Not Post The Lewd Language

The drugs were confiscated yes, but two people were shot!!!! I know the Mayor did it all because Mr. Retailer thinks he can't do anything wrong. Maybe, if something happens to someone in their family things will change.

Conservative Think Tank

It doesn't take rocket science to figure out what is going on. Mayor McMahon if you really care about our city, please borrow at least one Drug Sniffing Dog!

Drug Dogs Please

89 bags of crack cocaine only three blocks from Reading High School? Why?oh Why can't the city borrow Drug Sniffing Dogs from the Pa. State Police or Exeter Township Police department.

Maybe somebody is receiving money for looking the other way.

To All Administrators and Teachers

When a student ask you to come to their event, what do you say? Do you make every attempt to attend? Believe me it does make a difference. This will come back to you three fold if you do something like this.

This is for the people who ask me

Please, contact Board President McCree if you think certain things should be done. Some of the ideas that you sent me would have to come from her since she is now the board President since December 5th,2007

Presidential Candidates

Are there any clear favorites? Please let me know and I will post who comes out on top.

Security Cameras Link Schools to Police Departments

In Watertown ,Minnesota security cameras are linked to the local police department. The Reading School District now has the ability to do this. I think it could help the city and the school district.

(5) Cheerleaders Quit Varsity Squad

What is happening at the High School???? Why? When something happens like this there is a reason! I really feel this is a tragedy! Please tell Board President McCree what is going on.

I tell this to people who get upset or to people who like to argue. Breathe Deep again for at least (5) times then you won't need blood pressure medicine.

To the person who is afraid to let me know who you are. Smile, I am really happy that I make your day.

Stamm will not be Intimidated

This is for the people who keep trying to discourage me (Left Wing Liberals). I will continue to post comments as long as we have the First Amendment!

(1/10/08) special board meeting was held to vote on holding bond payment for three years. The vote was 8 board members for and 1 against. I voted no again because I asked for another opinion and our business manager told us we didn't have enough time to get that opinion.

Spending Habits

Why can't the legislative body, school boards, etc., list ways to save monies for their school district.

Where did the Money go?

Where did the Money go ? The money that was earmarked for the sewer plant over the years. Remember, Warren Haggerty was suppose to set money aside for sewer up grades.

Amazing the Impact my BLOG has?

Why are people so cranked up ? I usually just ask a simple question? They normally don't let anyone know.

Drug Dogs

Why can the Exeter police get another drug dog? Could it be because Albert lives in Exeter township?

Sewer Plant Plan

Mayor, When are we going to find out about you're plan for the sewer plant?

It's no Dig at Mayor

Why was the auditorium only 1/3 full ? If these people are so popular it should have been standing room only! Remember $5,000 dollars of Kevin's money went to McMahon in his first campaign. The Mayor told us that they are friends. Chill out and breathe deep.

Where was Kevin Timochenko ?

Why didn't Kevin return a favor and show up at the Mayor's inauguration.

Inauguration Jan. 6th 2007

Afterwards I chatted with Vaughn Spencer, Strat Marmarou, and Maria Baez. Former mayor Joseph Kuzminski and I chatted about the school board and about the race that I ran against Mayor McMahon.

My Opinion

We will be told we should do another Bond Swap because we are losing money. Remember, every time the school district does this it costs us legal fees and added financial costs.

2008 and Beyond

What will come for the City of Reading? Another Bond issue swap?, or just another Bond issue?

More crime?,more debt?, more alienation with real estate investors?

What will happen at the Reading school district? More security cameras?Higher test scores? No child left behind debates? Bush complaints?
