Why won't the Reading Business manager give me information on the Bond Swap that was done with Deutche Bank? What is being hidden? How much money is this Swap currently costing Reading taxpayers? Why can't the School District be transparent?

Police Won't be in Reading School District
The Reading School Board has not resolved the issue of having police in the High School. Currently Reading High School will open without police. I will support having police. Safety should be the board's number (1) objective.

911 Was Called Shortly Befor 1 PM.
I was coming home Saturday when my neighbor Mr. Glover told me to call 911. A young man just had fallen in front of my house and hit the curb. He was on a skateboard and after he fell was unconscious. I want to Thank everyone for their quick response to my call. The fire department and ambulance personnel were there within (3) minutes.
The young man is a student at Albright college and at this time is suppose to be improving. Thanks again to everyone involved.

Taxpayers are becoming Watchdogs in Exeter
I have received numerous reports on lights being on at Don Thomas stadium. Why are these lights on at strange times? My suggestion to the Exeter School Board is to create an Energy committee and policy.
Why Do You Need Police @ Reading High?
Gang members roam the halls at Reading High School.(This is why I will insist on armed Policemen at Reading High School.) Feel good government will tell you that you don't need Police. Would these same elected officials be so smug if their child was attacked ,seriously hurt or killed ???
What Price Do You Place On Safety ???
Will teachers continue to work if they feel unsafe? Would Board members be able to sleep at night if something happened? Would they want to blame it on City government? Safety of all in Reading schools should be their number one priority!

Why Doesn't Reading School District Have?
Why doesn't the Reading School District have an Energy Policy? Why can't they have an Energy Committee? I forgot to tell everyone that committees were eliminated by our Board President. Why did this happen?

The Financial Stability panel that was created suggested yet another tax. Why Oh Why do they always suggest more taxes instead of eliminating waste. I challenge anyone on this panel to walk with me door to door through Reading,Pa. and they will then realize Reading can't take another Tax increase.
Just stop wasting $1,000,000 on The Pagoda and The Goggle Works. That is $2,000,000 that could have been placed in an account to pay for Police iniatives in Reading! You need to make it safe for anything to prosper in Reading.
