The Reading School district still doesn't have an Energy Policy. why don't they have a policy?

Delay / On Furniture?
We would have had plenty of time for another vote on the Cross because of the furniture not being ordered.The Cross could have at least stayed until the next Board meeting or the Board president could of held a Special meeting.
The Cross / Its a Shame
Where was a solicitor before the vote?? Why wasn't it explained? Two new Board memberts wanted more information so it was tabled. Mr. Harry Storch and myself wanted an official vote.
So Keith Stamm and Harry Storch wanted to save a piece of history and the others didn't.

Who was against the Swap?
Keith Stamm was the only member to vote against entering a Swap Deal. The article was in the Bloomberg News.
When your Bond Council admitted it was a roll of the dice how could I take that chance with Public money?
Several months ago I asked several people to see the records involving these swaps.The business manager,the assistant superintendent and even the superintendent.Why won't they show me the information on The Swaps?
What were they hiding? Does Auditor General Jack Wagner know what they were hiding?
My thoughts were that certain people didn't want the truth to be known!

Who Will Steve Fuhs Blame ?
