Letter To Editor 3-26-10 in Ephrata Review
Editor,
Ephrata Review
Republican State Committee people should exercise extreme caution when considering Tom Corbett for an endorsement for Governor.
Corbett, now state attorney general,is embroiled in a significant law suit involving many millions of dollars of fraud within his office. There are at least two current law suits in the middle district of the U.S. District Court of Pennsylvania.
Furthermore,I am aware of an investigation by the FBI regarding these allegations of Fraud within Corbett's office.
My advice to the Republican and Democrat state committees would be:Investigate thoroughly the people you endorse, and clean the old political house of politicians who have been ineffective and around too long.

Why Are You On The School Board?
This is a question I feel every School Director should ask themselves. Do I serve to help students? Do I serve to help citizens? Do I serve to help the community?
Ask yourself who is on the Board that you are on if they serve for the right reasons?

Will Coach Tim Redding Be Coach Of The Year?
Will Reading High School's Tim Redding be named Coach Of The Year? I will vote for him for all the right reasons.
Coach Redding commands respect on and off the court. Coach Redding helps not only his English class students but also the players on his team. Several times I have heard Coach Redding tell his players that he will be meeting with them during a study hall to help them with their studies.
Coach Redding ,please except my thanks for everything that you do for The Reading School District. I know many of my colleagues on the School Board appreciate your hard work.

What Happened To The Money?
What did Mayor McMahon and City Council do with all the money? Remember, all of you told the general public that the city was in good financial shape when Mayor McMahon ran for Mayor!
I can tell everyone this $1,000,000 went to The Pagoda and $1,000,000 went to The Goggle Works and $2,000,000 went to build a firehouse that can't even support firemen.
