During the meeting of April 26th Reading Board of Directors hired a new security chief,
RAY ALBERT. One of Ray's initial duties is to perform a district wide security analysis. Ideas
are always welcomed.

Hiring a new security chief is a good idea. But before you place him in the position, I think he should learn the procedures first. A teacher at Thirteenth & Green Elementary had her window of her car broken while she was teaching at the school. The security chief that was just hired told her she parked there at her own risk. Come on, everyone knows that it is private property. The school district insurance covers the deductables when something happens on the school district property. Some one should tell him the statistics before placeing him in that postion.
