As asked previously, are you getting the full picture of all the pieces of Public Education, or are you just watching where "YOU THINK" the Money is coming from and going??
IF your goal is to save the RSD and thus the taxpayers money You are missing the easy items.
Thousands of dollars can be collected each year if meaningful consequences were instituted for lost books, High schol id charges, and library fines.
Have you thought about how to get more money, and not "just the spending""

How about ANY FINES= NO FIELD TRIPS or events..ie NO PROM!!!
