In todays Reading Eagle on b-1 Holly Herman writes about Ricardo Pena being a financial supporter of former Mayor Joe Eppihimer.
The bigger fish to look at is the current Mayor Tom McMahon. Mr. McMahon received $5,000 dollars from the now famous Kevin Timochenko. Remember when it came to city code inspections of properties (OVER A CERTAIN NUMBER OF UNITS ARE EXEMPT FROM THE CITY INSPECTION WHEN SELLING.)
