Keith Stamm was told from board president Pierre Cooper it was ok to start an energy committee.

You are a school director? Why do you have a sentence fragment in this post and a run-on sentence in your profile?
What are you? A grammer nazi? I didn't know that school directors had to pass a punctuation exam to hold their office. Why don't you go over to our imperial mayor's blog and check out his punctuation and grammer? You obviously are someone who sees the trees instead of the forest.
