Maintenance workers will tell you they need the walkie talkie feature (answer for that is to purchase walkie talkies and pagers).
You will also find employees who really do not need a cellphone!! Example: Reading School district pays for the superintendents phone and the one that also sits unused in his office.

why! is it always the working people u are after go after the phones down on washington street
I agree that the maintenance staff should have the phones. What I don't understand is why the principals have them. Aren't there phones installed in their offices? That seems like wasted money to me right there!
Maintenance workersdo not need phones either a simple pager would work just fine aren't they supppose to be working in our building anyway
