Keith Stamm will make a formal request today for cell phone records. It has been almost 3 years since I originally reviewed these records.
I also will request seeing the superintendents cell phone bill. Taxpayers are paying for these phones and it is public information according to the law.

What does the district spend on these cell phones and name the names of the people who have them and where they reside.If they work for the taxpayers of the city that should be public knowledge.Please note minutes used also
If the cell phones BELONG to the school district the bills are public record. If the phones are in the name of the emplyee and the distrcit is reimbursing the employee the bills are not public record just the amount of the bill being paid by the district! FINE LINE BUT IT IS THE LAW!
