It's not like Reading could get much worse.
What the Mayor's comments did was send a signal to illegals everywhere that they are welcome in Reading with no questions asked. Obviously the Mayor doesn't know the meaning of the word "illegal". Of course you won't see the Eagle take him to task for his pandering remarks.
