The Power Of A Question

I'm often amazed ,How a question can make people do strange
things. These same people will talk about me Micromanaging,Do these people really understand what that word means.

Maybe , if some of these same people had courses like I did they would understand what it means.

( 610) Remember this number and think who might want to call New York, Puerto Rico and Trinidad

The reality is that this problem will self-solve (almost). Within the next several years, the concept of long-distance calls (within the US) will disappear. "The District's" calls to all the places you named (except Trindad) will no longer be toll calls, and this will be a moot discussion (from a fiscal perspective).

From a "district employees screwing off and wasting time" (and therefore stealing from the tax-payers), this will always be a prevalent issue in the RSD.

The tenor at the district is "what can I steal?", and that's been the case since Dr. Geigle left his post.

School directors at RSD have been notorious, themselves, for the thefts (both outright and of resources) they've orchestrated.

At the end of the day, you've got to pick your battles. Telecomm could be handled better, but the situation will resolve itself over time.

I view this more as a symptom of larger issue rather than a discrete issue, in-and-of itself.
