Why can't you build one of your department stores in downtown Reading? Is there some political reason why your afraid? Mr. Boscov is it just pure economics? Apparently you built a store in Johnstown,Pa.

BOSCOV PLEASE BRING IN ONE OF YOUR STORES.SHOW US WHAT LEADERSHIP IS ALL ABOUT.ONCE A STORE OF YOUR MAGNITUDE COMES IN THE REST WILL FOLLOW.I'M SURE THE MAYOR WILL LET YOU HAVE FREE PARKING.MAYBE WE'LL FINALLY GET RID OF THE PAWN SHOPS.
