Peace March On Penn St. Bridge

Dear Mayor McMahon: Did these war protesters have a permit to march? I received several calls about these war protestors. This is just one more thing that sends a bad image of Reading,Pa.

Protesters should have a permit and the protest advertised. After all - I should have the right to counter-protest. I have an opinion also.
