Please explain where these 600 long distance phone lines are Keith. Seems to me that 60 is plenty and that's "overkill". Students and Teachers are all wearing cell phones. Long distance phone calls can be from them - by them - at their own expense not the taxpayer. Now I'm beginning to wonder whay we need any long distance lines.
