Hmmmmm....
The deal about being an RSD director has always been, "it's not what you earn - it's what you can steal".
That's probably a bit harsh in today's Sarbanes-Oxley oriented world.
Ask yourself these questions:
(a) Do I need to secure jobs for any family members or friends?
(b) Would I like to travel on someone else's dime?
(c) Would I like to leverage vendors for personal favors?
Most people aren't that "pure of motive"...
