Odors At 10th and Penn Elementary
Problem: Reports of numerous odors! Was this problem corrected?Do we need an outside contractor for this odor to be corrected? Will our state of the art facilities department be able to establish what is wrong? Hey,I have a brother who is an expert in this field,maybe I need to call him???

I would not suggest contacting your brother, if you think it could lead to a billable engagement (for him) at RSD.
No matter how well intentioned you believe you're being, it creates the appearance of impropriety.
If you do want to bring in your brother, make sure that you have full board approval *before* doing so.
You don't need this raised should you decide to run for Mayor of Reading.
Hey Keith kids graduation rates below 50 percent and you keep on picking on the maintenance department. Must be our fault maybe it's the gas or maybe we're a easy target.If we screw up prove if and when we do good how about a little praise.As a taxpayer and worker stop being so negative . instead of blaming the facilities department why don't u blame the contractor who peace-mealed that whole building together. i think the facilties department is doing a wonderful job. (have u looked around lately) mr stamm instead of being so negative maybe u should grow up and give praise when praise is do. its always facilities getting blamed
We need to look at the administrative history of the Facilities Department not only the Rank and File. Where is this past Leadership today? Still Leading ? Roof leaks started twenty years ago not last weekend! It the present rate of deterioration continues most schools will not survive another 20 years. Keep the pressure on Keith.

Hey Keith, you have a guy working at the RSD that went to school with your brother for four years in Philly,so you already have a professional on staff,I'm sure he isn't paid nearly as good as your brother though.
