Reading Hospital & Mayor Tom McMahon

Why is the Reading Hospital getting involved with local politics? I guess there part of The Old Good Boy network.( The issue about the Trash )The hospital is evidently choosing sides and agreeing with Tom (Liberal Strange McMahon.)
