Tax Commission Study

What do we tell the volunteers when they ask about our 600 long distance phone lines. Do I need to tell them were not focused on the big picture. I will refer them to my administration and the rest of the school board.

Tell them the truth, that no single person in the RSD is responsible for containment of telecommunications costs.

The phone companies got RSD coming and going. You should hire a Utility consulting firm (there are many) to evaluate the situation. With most of these companies, you pay a percentage of your cost savings, only.
