Where are the campaign contributions from ? When the contributions start exceeding $500 be very cautious as to why?

Our City Reading has several people on it's board that ring a bell: Former Mayor Joesph Eppihimer, Mayor Tom McMahon,Ken Christian,Michael Roeburg,Sandy Solomon,and Dr. Thomas Chapman to name a few. Why does Mr. Boscov have certain people on this board?

I can't speak for Al Boscov, but, when choosing board members, selecting people with money and intellectual prowess is essential.
The exception your list is "The Former Mayor" - I think he was invited because of his plumbing expertise.
Bear in mind that to become Mayor, you'll need a lot of financial backing - I wouldn't be too quick to throw stones.
