The U.S. flags at all Reading schools that fly at night should be illuminated.
If the school district uses only one light then it should be a big spotlight. This is in my opinion.

You've got the right idea.
Don't let short-sided people get you down. Flags should be illuminated at night - it's a tradition worth upholding.
Flags should be flown Sunrise to Sunset and taken in at nignt.
Again, as long as there is a light illuminating the flag this should be sufficient, and until the Federal Government stipulates what type of lighting any light should do. Maybe Mr. Bush should work on this along with bringing our troops home from the big dust cloud he created. God Bless our Troops! Hurry Home.
QUOTE "It is the universal custom to display the flag only from sunrise to sunset on buildings and on stationary flagstaffs in the open. However, when a patriotic effect is desired, the flag may be displayed twenty-four hours a day if properly illuminated during the hours of darkness". UNQUOTE FROM THE "FLAG CODE"!
