So this is the kind of person we need on school board or as Mayor, someone who does not follow the law? ACT 1 REQUIRES a referendum question for the tax shift. There is NO choice. But you chose to NOT follow the law! BTW (by the way, for those not familiar) just as an aside, I too believe what you are saying about the shift! But that does not preclude any of you board members from following the law!
