GET OVER IT. Muhlenberg Township's Sewer rates increased by 40%, for "transportation". WHAT TRANSPORTATION???!! IT RUNS THROUGH PIPES! And we can expect another increase in 3 years. My theory: that is when the Water Authority employees' contract expires and must be renegotiated. You're not the only one feeling the pain in the wallet. Thank goodness my daughter had enough sense to move out of the township when she did - Tulpehocken just put the sewer in, but the rates there aren't as high (yet)!
