My guess is that Tom is working on the city and doesn't have time to post on your ridiculous blog.

He's been in Harrisburg kissing Rendell's rear end and trying to take guns from the citizens.
Today he will be kicking off a program to have kids cleaning up the streets of Reading, picking up trash the low lifes throw around. That should be a job for prisoners in BCP. He would rather exploit children, though.
Excuse me, RS, but why shouldn't inner-city kids in Reading learn to pick up trash (which their parents probably throw in the streets), learn to do some community service and GIVE to others (lose that attitude of entitlement), and learn to take pride in their city from a young age? Nothing wrong with that!
The prisoners in BCP should be working on a chain gang doing hard labor - fixing up the wall along Sky Line Drive, for instance - not easy things like picking up trash.

Your point is well made and makes sense. I withdraw my objection as long as those prisoners are doing something.
