A custodian at the Reading School District’s Gateway School for the Arts was arraigned today on charges he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old female student at the school three times.

Fernando P. Torres, 43, of the 200 block of West Greenwich Street is accused of assulting the girl on Jan. 29, Feb. 5 and Feb. 6 in a girls restroom in the school at 510 Lackawanna St.

Police said the incidents occurred after school hours.

Torres was arraigned by District Judge Timothy Dougherty on charges of statutory sexual assault and related charges. He remained free on $25,000 bail.

DID THIS HAPPEN ON YOUR WATCH???? YOU BETTER START WORRYING ABOUT THE SCHOOLS AND STAY OUT OF THE BUSINESS OF THE CITY AND HOW IT IS RUN!!!!!!!!

Sounds like Bill Rehr is underpaid, big time.

Second, all innuendo aside, who cares about a DJ's ruling ?!?

DJ's aren't real judges - they need exactly 28 days of schooling to "learn" the law.

Hey Keith, why didn't you put my comment on your blog about your Fabulous Facilities Director? Everything I wrote about that was true and to the point, I even kept it clean for your blog. Don't you want your readers to know the truth about what goes on in the Reading School District?
