City to seek Money from Authorities

Mr. Mayor please explain why you don't have any money? Did the auditors tell you wrong information?

This question needs to be asked at a city council meeting ????

Note: Herbein is the current Auditor of the city and Reading School District. I think the residents of Reading need to see the results of a forensic audit.

Does anyone have the guts to have one done??
