Why don't City Council and The Mayor ever come up with something other than a Tax Increase??? How about a trash to steam plant??
School District needs to forget about the Hershey plant (the former Ludens building.)
We currently have enough sites for schools. The St. Joesph site can handle another school,Jewish Community center site could handle another school. Wher will the money come from??
