All of City Council for voting to spend $1,000,000 on The Pagoda. The Mayor for removing the police when Karen McCree became Board President. The (8) members of the Reading School Board who voted no for the Two Police officers to return to Reading High School.Hopefully something Drastic doesn't happen.
