Definitions of Words From Internet

Assault,in law an attempt or threat, going beyond mere words,to use violence,with the intent and apparent ability to do harm to another.

Harassment: legal sense to behaviours which are found threatening or disturbing.

I will let public opinion decide if I was attacked by assault or harassed.

Actually, what happened to you fits under the definitions of simple assault and harassment under the Crimes Code. Because of this, many times, they are charged together.

I wonder if Mr. Cooper can be removed by Quo Warranto if he pleads guilty to harassment? The DA would have to bring the action.
