I think the Reading School District should investigate building a new administration building at the JCC site.They could turn there current location into a alternative education school.
There are (15) acres at the JCC site.

Wouldn't it be nice to put Chapman and A-team staff back-up at the high school again to "see and deal" with the students. Then they might know who the Super is...
