When will the city and school board stop fighting and bring the police back to Reading High School??
When will the city take advantage of our camera system? They have been offered this numerous times.
$1,000,000 for The Goggle Works and $1,000,000 for The Pagoda out of the City Budget.Now the city tells everyone that they are broke.$2,000,000 would pay for quite a few Police officers and Drug Sniffing Dogs.
I know Feel Good Government doesn't believe in this !

We can start with having the loans that the city granted to some businesses including Tom McMahon's Entech Engineering repaid with interest.
Another option would be to step up codes enforcement and collect tons of revenue in fines in the process. I've heard from several people over the years how they wanted to run a volunteer codes enforcement unit, but the city never gives them an answer. We got volunteer crime watches and volunteer trash and litter pickup why not volunteer codes enforcement? With proper training to these volunteers this can be very effective.
