On May 20th,2009 the Reading School Board voted 7-2 to send Pierre Cooper away to Chicago even after knowing he lost in the Primary Election.Stamm and Cinfici voted no to this trip,
Why would they do this ? Could it be the same reason they sent Dr. Rose James to Hawaii ?

What wasn't reported is that it was a one-way ticket.
Surely you, of all people, understand that although the position of school director is unpaid, there are lots of perks.
Paid trips, weekends away (at the expense of prospective vendors), providing jobs to your relatives (Harry Storch has made a career of this), are all in a day's work...
